No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any products, except in cases where the goods arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, you must provide proof of damage by submitting clear pictures of the damaged packaging and product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim for a damaged item. Upon verification, we will process a replacement or store credit, subject to our discretion.

Returns for Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product, you must visit our physical store located at:

  • Exchanges are not processed online or via mail. All exchanges must be made in person at our Seeplaas, Groot Brakrivier store.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you may select another item of equal or lesser value, or we will issue store credit.
